In order to obtain a library card, Applicants must provide a Texas ID/Driver's License along with a second form of ID with a current Milam County Address. Acceptable second forms of ID include a utility bill, bank statement or Texas Liability Insurance. Forms must show same name and address as Texas issued ID. No exceptions will be made.

Cards may be issued to children aged 9 and over. Parent must have a card in good standing. Ex: free from fines or lost/never returned items

Free library cards may be issued ONLY to Milam County Residents.
