TexShare Cards
Texshare borrowers are limited to two items with a checkout period of two weeks and may be renewed once by calling the library or in person. If an item is on reserve, renewal will not be allowed. Returns can be made in person, in the after-hours book drop, or by mail at the risk of the borrower. There is a late fee of $.25 cents per day per item checked out. Cameron Public Library's policy for lost items includes the price of the item plus a $5.00 processing fee. The borrower will receive notifications of overdue items and it is their responsibilty to return items in a timely manner. If late fees occur they are required to be paid within 30 days of acquiring fees. Borrowing priveleges will be blocked for TexShare borrowers who have unpaid fines, lost, damaged or overdue books. Reference books, genealogy material, DVDs and New Release books (less than 6 months old) do not circulate.
